Time we spents

Time spent reading is time well spent. When we read we expand our basic vocabulary, even as adults. Reading stretches our minds like nothing else can and we all too often pass it over as a meaningless past time. Reading gives us the ability to exercise our imaginations and get caught up in a turbulent and loving story that might teach us something about the world. Reading is a past time that doesn’t involve noise, that doesn’t involve negative thoughts, and that doesn’t involve pressure. When you snuggle down reading a book there is no one there to judge the speed of your process of the level of your comprehension. Over time, you can develop a very strong ability to communicate effectively as a result of reading.

Reading can make for good therapy. A good story line can actually challenge us and offer us thought provoking questions that result in changes within our lives. We learn more about the world when we read and we can spur on our basic knowledge of the world in a very detailed and positive manner. Reading gives us the chance to enter a new world without spending more than just a few dollars on the book. We can travel to new places and meet new people in our minds and when we finally put the book down, we can feel refreshed and a little more knowledgeable about the world at large. We can peek into how other people live, and most of all, how the author thinks.
